My Coaching Philosophy
There are many things that must go into a successful coaching philosophy. My philosophy is not only based on a commitment to winning. I believe it is my duty to be a positive role model, to teach self-discipline, and to prepare my student athletes to be successful on and off the court.
Winning and losing will come and go; however, emphasizing family,
education, character, respect, trustworthiness, responsibility, fairness, caring, citizenship, tradition and pride is something that will stay with young men forever.
I plan to guide my student athletes and develop their physical, emotional, and mental maturity through physical conditioning, skill development, and competition. While in my program the student athletes will learn how to live and work in a competitive society. I will constantly give positive communication, discipline and evaluations of my student athletes and the program.
